At MagicRaw Studio we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website, booking services and contact channels, and how we use and protect it, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Data we collect
Identity and contact data: your name, mobile number, email address if you enter it, and company name if you add it.
Booking data: the branch, studio, date and time, the equipment and services requested, and any notes you write.
Payment data: amounts, payment status, wallet balance and MagicRaw Club points. We do not store your bank card details; online payments are handled directly by the payment provider.
Verification and security data: records of verification codes sent, your IP address, device type and browser, to protect accounts and prevent misuse.
External equipment rental data: the promissory note number, link and status on the Nafith platform, and the handover and return record.
Browsing data: cookies and website analytics tools.
2. Why we use it
To create, confirm, change and cancel bookings.
To verify your mobile number and sign you in to your account.
To send booking confirmations and notifications by WhatsApp or email.
To issue invoices and receipts and manage your wallet and points.
To protect the website and accounts, and improve our services.
To meet legal and accounting requirements.
We only send you marketing messages with your consent, and you can stop them at any time.
3. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data to anyone. We share only the minimum necessary with:
Meta (WhatsApp Business) to send verification codes and booking messages.
Our online payment provider (Paymob) to process payments.
Technical infrastructure providers: Cloudflare to protect and speed up the website, and our email provider.
Google Analytics to measure website visits statistically.
The Nafith platform when issuing a promissory note for external equipment rental.
Government authorities when required by law.
4. Data protection
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), limit data access to authorised staff based on their job needs, and keep a log of changes to sensitive data. Verification codes are valid for a short time and for one use only.
5. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, and for as long as accounting and legal requirements demand, such as invoices and financial records.
6. Your rights
To know what data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
To correct or complete your data.
To request deletion of your data, following the steps under Data Deletion.
To withdraw your consent to marketing messages.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to sign you in, save your preferences and measure website performance. You can disable them in your browser settings, but some booking and account features may not work.
8. External links
The website may contain links to other websites, and we are not responsible for their privacy policies.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy and will publish the new version on this page with the date of the last update.
