Directly from the Booking page: choose the studio, date and time, confirm your mobile number with the code sent to you on WhatsApp, then pay to confirm the booking.
When is my booking confirmed?
Once the full amount is paid. When you tap «Pay», the slot is held for you for 10 minutes so you can complete payment.
What are your opening hours?
The opening hours for each day are shown on the booking page, and you can only choose available times.
What is the shortest and longest booking?
From one hour up to a full day. We always recommend booking a little more time than you expect to need.
When does my shooting time start?
At the booked start time, not when you arrive. You may arrive 15 minutes before your booking to set up if the studio is available.
Can I visit the studio before booking?
Of course, we'd be happy to see you. Just arrange the time with us on WhatsApp, as the studio may be in use for a booking.
Payment and cancellation
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancelling before the booking day is free, and the amount paid is added to your wallet. Cancelling on the booking day costs 50% of the booking total, and a no-show 100%. Details are in the Terms and Conditions.
How do I cancel my booking?
From your account → My bookings → the booking → «Cancel booking». Before confirming, you see the amount paid, the fee and the amount that will be added to your wallet.
Can I change my booking time?
Yes, once from your account at least 48 hours before the booking. If the price changes, the difference must be paid. To change the studio, contact us.
What is the customer wallet?
Credit in your account from cancellations or adjustments, and it does not expire. It is applied automatically on the booking page to pay for your upcoming bookings, and you can turn this off.
What if I go over my booking time?
Extra time is charged as an extension according to the studio's price list, if the next slot is available.
Studio and facilities
What does the studio rental include?
The studio space, basic equipment including lighting, backdrops and stands, two changing and make-up rooms, a restroom, the kitchen, internet, a sound system, electricity and final cleaning.
Are cameras included?
Cameras, lenses and computers are not included, but you can rent them from the equipment page and add them to your booking.
Can I bring my own lights and equipment?
Yes, you're welcome to. Your equipment stays your responsibility.
What backdrops are available?
A curved white cyclorama, and paper backdrops in several colours. Paper backdrops are charged separately; contact us for the colours available.
Is the studio soundproof?
The studio is generally quiet, but we cannot guarantee full soundproofing. The studios are next to each other, so if you need complete quiet we recommend booking both studios together.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is plenty of parking in front of the building.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed inside the studio.
Will someone help me during the booking?
The studio manager gives you a quick introduction to the equipment, such as connecting the trigger to your camera and setting the flash power.
Services
Do you offer photography and editing services?
Yes, we offer photography, video and photo editing for an additional fee. Send us the details of your project on WhatsApp and we'll give you a quote.
Do you rent equipment for use outside the studio?
Yes. Choose the equipment and dates on the equipment page and send your request. After it is reviewed you receive the quote and a payment link, and the equipment is reserved for you after payment. A promissory note through Nafith is required before handover.

How do I sign in to my account?
With your mobile number only; you receive a sign-in code on WhatsApp.
What are MagicRaw Club points?
You earn points on your paid bookings, and they appear in your account. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
