These terms govern booking and using MagicRaw Studio's studios in Jeddah, and renting equipment. Submitting a booking on the website or through our team means you agree to them.
1. Booking and confirmation
You book from the booking page: choose the studio, date and time, and we verify your mobile number with a code sent to you on WhatsApp.
A booking is confirmed once the full amount is paid. We may agree on a different payment arrangement with some approved clients.
When you tap «Pay», the slot is held for you for 10 minutes so you can complete payment. If the time runs out before you pay, the slot is released.
A temporary hold (grace period) is granted by management only. If the amount is not paid within the grace period, the booking is cancelled automatically.
If your payment arrives after the payment window has closed and the slot has been booked by another client, the amount is added to your wallet as credit and we notify you right away.
2. Booking time and extensions
Your time starts at the booked start time, not when you arrive.
You may arrive 15 minutes before your booking to set up if the studio is available.
Setup, cleanup and taking out equipment all count within your booking time.
Going over your booking time is charged as an extension according to the studio's price list, subject to availability. If your booking was discounted, the extension is charged at the same discounted rate.
3. Rescheduling
You can change the date or time once from your account, at least 48 hours before your booking.
Changing the studio is done through our team.
If the price changes after rescheduling, the difference must be paid.

The booking total includes the studio and any added equipment, after discounts.
Fees apply to confirmed bookings only. Unconfirmed requests carry no fee.
You can cancel yourself from your account, and before confirming you see the amount paid, the fee and the amount that will be added to your wallet.
Unpaid fees are added to your next booking as a «Previous cancellation fee» item, and discounts or coupons do not apply to them.
5. Customer wallet
Wallet credit does not expire and can be used to pay for your upcoming bookings on the website or through our team.
To request a refund to your payment method, contact us and we will review the request.
6. Using the studio
Smoking, incense, e-cigarettes and any open flame are not allowed inside the studio or the building.
The person who made the booking must be present for the whole booking.
Be considerate of neighbours and do not disturb them inside the studio or in the building's corridors, keep doors closed while playing music, and lower the volume right away when management asks.
Children must be supervised by their parents at all times. Work performed by minors requires written consent from a parent or guardian.
Pets are not allowed.
Any dangerous or unlawful activity or materials are not allowed.
Please take out all rubbish and personal belongings before leaving. Items left for more than one day will be disposed of without compensation.
7. Equipment
Bookings include the studio's basic equipment. Cameras, lenses and computers are not included and can be rented from the equipment page.
You can bring your own equipment. MagicRaw Studio is not responsible for equipment the client brings or leaves behind.
Rental outside the studio: starts with a request reviewed by management. Once approved, you receive the quote and a payment link, and the equipment is reserved for you only after payment.
A promissory note through the Nafith platform for the value of the equipment is required before handover, and every item is inspected at handover and on return.
Late returns: 60-minute grace period. After that: from 1 hour late, 50% of the daily rate; from 6 hours late, 100% of the daily rate. In-studio rentals carry no late fee.
Equipment is considered returned only after our team has received and inspected it.
8. Damage and liability
The person who made the booking is responsible for any damage to or loss of the studio, the building or the equipment, whether caused by them or anyone with them, payable within 3 business days of the end of the booking.
The person who made the booking bears full legal responsibility for the content filmed. MagicRaw Studio is not responsible for obtaining permits that some work may require.
Management may end a booking immediately if these terms are breached.
9. Invoices
We issue an invoice or receipt for every paid booking, and you can download it from your account.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page is the one that applies. Confirmed bookings follow the terms in force when they were confirmed.
